MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL - A pedestrian’s life was claimed in a hit-and-run crash in Olympia Heights Saturday.

The collision occurred on the 9800 block of Bird Road, according to WSVN. The pedestrian was crossing the street when a Dodge Charger hit him or her.

The driver of the Dodge Charger immediately took off on Southwest 97th Avenue.

Troopers speculate that the Dodge Charger was black. No other details are available at this time.
