News: One Arrested After El Portal Stabbing; 2 Injured

MIAMI, FL - A driver and a passenger were sent to the hospital following a violent stabbing in El Portal Friday. 

The incident happened in the area of Northeast 3rd Avenue and Northeast 79th Street, WSVN revealed. 

As indicated from video footage, a driver of a Nissan Sentra used his vehicle to intentionally pin another man to the wall. 

The pinned man freed himself and then violently stabbed the driver and passenger, a man and woman in their 20s. He immediately fled the scene. 

Police officers later found, detained, and arrested the suspect responsible for the stabbing. 

The windshield sustained significant damage, and the man and woman were sent to Jackson Memorial Hospital and are expected to recover.
