News: Multi-Vehicle Collision in Pompano Beach Kills 1, Injures 3

POMPANO BEACH, FL – One person died and three others were sent to the hospital following a fiery crash in Pompano Beach early this morning.

According to Local 10, the collision occurred at the intersection of Northwest Fifth Avenue and West Sample Road shortly after midnight.

The cause of the crash is unclear. However, one of the vehicles caught fire as a result, trapping the driver inside.

The pinned driver was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later. Three other individuals involved in the crash were taken to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.
