MIAMI, FL - A power pole came tumbling down, and hundreds of people were left without power after a motorist crashed into the pole Monday morning.
This collision occurred at the 8880 block of SW 8th St. along a U.S. Postal Service office, according to WSVN.
No one, including the driver, was injured. However, the black car sustained some serious damage, and anywhere between 100 to 500 people in the surrounding areas had no power until it was restored a couple of hours later.
The postal service office itself did not have issues with the power.
At the time of this report, crews were waiting for a new power pole.
