News: Man, 44, Dead After Wrong-Way Crash in Doral

DORAL, FL - A head-on and wrong-way crash claimed a man’s life and injured another person Sunday.

The collision occurred on NW 99th Ave., according to Local 10.

For reasons unknown, an eastbound silver 2015 Hyundai Elantra went onto the westbound lanes and crashed head-on with a gray 2021 Honda CRV.

The driver of the Honda was hurt and is expected to survive. However, the driver of the Hyundai Elantra succumbed to injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
